Leading engine remanufacturer Ivor Searle has added two versions of Renault‘s 1.6 litre R9M diesel engine for the popular Renault Trafic III DCI and Vauxhall Vivaro B CDTI panel vans to its all-makes range for cars and light commercial vehicles.
 
Covering 14 applications, the 1,598cc R9M common rail high pressure direct injection units are applicable to single variable geometry turbo and bi-turbo versions of the Trafic III and Vivaro B built from 2014-2019.  Costing up to 40% less than OE, the latest additions to the Ivor Searle reman engine programme cover power outputs ranging from 90, 116, 120 and 125bhp for the single turbo version and 125, 140 and 145bhp for the bi-turbo derivative.
 
Built to exceed the BS AU257:2002 Code of Practice for remanufacturing engines, the Ivor Searle reman engine programme covers around 90% of the UK’s passenger car and LCV parc.  For peace of mind, all Ivor Searle remanufactured engines are covered by a 12-month unlimited mileage parts and labour warranty.
